  That’s actually not true because I still have the emails between us and I wish I could post the pictures of my lips so you could see the several bumps (which I still have 8 months later) and I did massage them..

  Went here for lash extensions since her instagram was full of great work and had many followers. Not only was the technician late, but she rudely handed me a form to fill without even saying hi or welcoming me to the salon. She was then about 15 minutes late as she chatted with the other technicians. The process of getting the extensions was long because i had to hear their unprofessional conversation. I loved the way my lashes turned out but my technician didn't seem to care and she looked happy that it was all over. And not to mention, they ask you to take off your shoes but the floor is dirty and the carpet clearly hasn't been vacuumed in a while... If you want nice lashes go here, but if you also want a non classy environment where you're treated like a total burden the whole time you should also go here. A few changes in attitude, cleanliness and service could make this place great.

  Horrible , they use fake pictures on Instagram the microblading is a joke ... doesn’t look like hair strokes looks like one straight like with a crayola horrible

  The nurse working for the injections was extremely unprofessional and rude my friend and I both went to get our lips done (along with another friend just to watch) & she didn’t even ask us what we wanted so once I had seen her put the entire syringe in my friends upper lip without consulting her with what she wanted I tried to tell her what I wanted (being that I just wanted the sides of my lips filled not the centre) so after I told her she got all defensive and rude and told me “yes I know everybody has a different lip shape” so right away I felt like she wasn’t listening to me then once my lips were finished they were lopsided and the upper lip stood out a lot more than the bottom + with most of the filling being in the centre so I told her I felt like they were not symmetric and I didn’t really like them and she told me it was my natural lip shape but as a esthetic nurse it is her job to create symmetry (which you’ll see she was lying anyways from the picture) & my friend who came to watch said that it looked like she didn’t use the entire syringe on either of us (which we each paid for) so long story short we left and I messaged the owner telling her I was unhappy along with pictures she did nothing so I would strongly advise people to not go here ps my friend and I both got weird bumps in our lips from it and it lasted maybe a month so I’m pretty sure their Instagram is filled with the same model 99% of the time because ours were awful

  Went here a few months ago with my friend to do her lashes. Owner is very rude, talks to you condescending and showed up late. Found out about her from Instagram, regret letting my friend spend any money here. The other technicians were nice, however the owner has an issue.

  AWFUL service, the owner is so rude if you inquire about something she will flat out say you're stupid and don't understand, etc. Owner uses click bait, photos that aren't her company's work to advertise, and is known in the industry to be absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs! Nuface (almost same price) and Clinique Chloé medico esthetique have similar pricing and so much better!
